It was followed by the traditional lighting of the candle of knowledge that stands for the pursuit of enlightenment and wisdom in the MNSA SE program.
In LtGen Cartujano’s speech, he reminded the members of MNSA SE: “Let all of these serve as a guide to MNSA SE as you take on the responsibilities in pursuit of excellence to be effective leaders and national security administrators, having the heart to serve out countrymen, above all. As you continue your academic journey with NDCP, I wish you nothing but success. May the lights that we have kindled serve as beacons of knowledge, hope, and compassion, in the service of the Filipino people, for the good of our country, and for the glory of God Almighty.”
The Induction, Turnover Ceremony, and Welcome Dinner were jointly held for the members of the MNSA SE. The activities were attended by the NDCP Executive Committee, MNSA SE Course Directors, and NDCP Core Faculty and Staff.
